Private Lessons are great for beginners as well as for advanced yogis wanting to refine their practice, and everything in between! The individual attention and corrections you receive in a private session can advance your practice far quicker than routine classes in a studio setting, and it can be done at your chosen time and place!
During a private session, I create a yoga sequence tailored specifically to you that you can continue to practice at home. Be it a gentle restorative or therapeutic class, or a challenging sweaty work out, I can tailor the class to suit your goals and needs.
PRIVATE CLASSES are great for families and groups!
PARTNER YOGA is another great way to increase flexibility,
as your partner helps you go deeper in each pose.
