Veronika's Love for yoga began as a teenager when she took her first class and experienced profound waves of energy moving through her body. She became a certified yoga instructor in 1988, as directed by her teacher, and has devoted her life to the study and practice of the healing arts ever since.
She has studied with renowned yoga and meditation teachers including Norman Allen, Kali Ray, K. Pattabhi Jois, Lama Tharchin Rinpoche, Tenzin Gyatso, and Mother Meera. She received a second certification through TriYoga in 2000 and brings over four decades of experience to her work.
Veronika further deepened her practice during three years living in Mysore, India studying Ashtanga yoga with the Jois family. She has continued to expand her training through immersive study, including recent work in sound healing with Indonesian healers in Bali.
Her sessions are a blend of traditional yoga, somatic awareness, and energetic practices, offered within a deeply intentional and sacred space. She creates an environment where clients can slow down, reconnect, and access a more subtle awareness of the body, heart, and inner landscape.
In addition to her yoga background, Veronika is a blue belt in Nia, a somatic movement practice that informs and enriches her teaching with fluidity, expression, and body awareness.
Her current offerings include private yoga, alchemy crystal bowl sound healing, tuning fork sessions, meditation, wataflow, and ceremonial experiences that integrate multiple modalities. These sessions often carry a meditative and sacred quality, supporting deep relaxation, energetic alignment, and inner renewal.
Veronika works with individuals, couples, and small groups, and is available for private sessions, retreats, and collaborations with hotels and wellness spaces on Kauai.
She remains a devoted student, deeply grateful for the transformative and sacred power of these practices in her own life. Holding space for others in this way is both her honor and her joy.
